It is a fundamental requirement that Dynamic Dogs Massage has adequate public liability and malpractice insurance cover before commencing any treatments (Balens Insurance).
Whilst every care is taken of the dog undergoing treatment, it is done so entirely at their owner’s risk.
Dogs with infectious or contagious conditions will not be treated.
Dogs with a topical flea and tick treatment given within 48 hours of the initial consultation date will not be seen.
Owners are required to notify Dynamic Dogs Massage if, during the course of massage treatments, the dog’s injury or condition worsens, or if the Veterinary Surgeon advises that treatment is stopped or suspended.
Dynamic Dogs Massage reserves the right to refuse treatment to any dog.
Owners are requested to provide adequate restraint apparatus and to be present at all times during the dog’s treatment session.
Dynamic Dogs Massage reserves the right to use video footage and photographic stills taken during the treatment sessions.
Dynamic Dogs Massage does not take any responsibility whatsoever for any accident/injury sustained either by Aly Grant or the dog’s handler/ owner, whilst the dog is undergoing massage treatment.
Dynamic Dogs Massage cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property, howsoever occasioned, whilst on the owner’s premises.
